This makes a fantastic gift for your friends or family that like to do Sudoku. The print is large and the puzzles are fun, all wrapped up in a calendar.
This former calendar seems to have been discontinued so I bought "The Original Sudoku". The two prior years I had a Sudoku calendar that varied from hard to difficult as the week progressed. If I didn't get to it on a daily basis, they would fit in my purse so I could do while waiting places. The sheets, while easy to see are too big for my purse and the puzzles are all too easy (I like a variety of levels).I also prefer a harder puzzle on the weekend when I have more time to do it and this one combines two easy ones on Sat and Sun which I don't like. Otherwise it is fine, the sheets are easier to remove than the pad style and works well as a calendar.
The Soduku Page-A-Day Calendar sits next to my chair waiting for me every day: The Original Sudoku Page-A-Day Calendar 2009 (Page a Day Fun & Games Calendr) The sodoku can be solved with logic and no guessing is required. It progresses in difficulty from Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday easy. Large squares, engaging, challenging, fun brain activity.
There is one puzzle per day. I purchased this calendar because I love to do Sudoku puzzles every day. Other page-a-day calendars combine Saturday and Sunday into one puzzle, but not this one. The pages are colorful and the spaces are large. (Except for the Saturday and Sunday puzzles which are shrunken down to fit 2 puzzles on one page) I highly recommend this calendar.
This is addictive. I enjoy playing it. I an working on it during my lunch. It is fun.
